廣州第一棉紡廠中水回用系統
水源為廣州市第一棉紡廠印染廢水綜合廢水處理站的達標排放水，主要污染物有：TDS、COD、SS、硬度、色度、氨氮等，采用砂濾+反滲透+軟化的處理工藝，處理能力為2000T/D，2007年10月投入運行，出水效果完全達到設計要求，產品水回用于車間生產線。
Reclaimed water reuse system in Guangzhou First Cotton Mill
The water source is the textile printing and dyeing waste water that meets the discharge standard from the integrated waste water treatment stationin the factory. The major pollutants are TDS, COD, SS,NH3-N,hardness,and colror,etc. Utilized the process of quartz sand filtration,activated carbon filtration,RO and softening treatment. The treatment capacity is 2000T/D.The system was put into operation in Oct 2007. The effluent quality has fully reached the design requirements, and the product water is recycled to the production line in theworkshop.
